My grandmother always made this for Christmas. I loved having it for breakfast the next day. :yum:



Rosemarino Ambrosia



Cook: 1 small box rosemarino pasta (looks like rice--orzo would work just as well) Cool.



Drain: 1 - 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits

3 small cans mandarin oranges

1 small jar maraschino cherries, cut in half



(save all the juices except cherry)



Cook till thick: 2 beaten eggs

Pinch of salt

Fruit juices

3 Tblsp. Flour



Add cooked and thickened juice to the rosemarino pasta and chill. Overnight is best. Add the drained fruit.



Fold in: 1 large container plus one small container Cool Whip.
