I love the sound of warring flags! It summons your spirit right to attention.



I find I get the best "crack" from acetate taffeta. They don't last long, though...the edges shred up pretty quickly from the snapping. Haven't found any really effective way to slow down the deterioration, so I'm just glad that these materials are not very expensive, and can be easily replaced.
