Helena has a Bachelor of Music performance degree from Salem College, West Virginia, and is a gifted singer and songwriter. She has a lifetime of experience in leading worship as a musician and dancer.



Helena has held varied positions as cathedral organist, song leader for various retreats and conferences, and event choreographer. The worship symposium movement planted the seeds for ministry expansion to include the visual arts of banner making, garment design, and the creation of worship environments. Helena has become internationally known as the maker of the magnificent ZionFire worship banners.
